I've been looking and googling to no avail :(
Coerthas has 35 & 40. Whitebrim for the 40 ones. Not sure about 45, but I'd check Mor Dhona and Northern Thanalan.
Saint Coinach's Find in Mor Dhona has 45. There is no 50.
Camp Bluefog also offer lvl 40 and Cereleum Processing Plant should have 45 (or not, forgot).

Your answer is useless and Wrong because you didn't read the f'n question. "MINING LEVES". the locations you mention DO NOT HAVE MINING leves.

There's four Lv45 Levequests on K'leytai in Coinach's Find, and four Lv40 Levequests on Voilinaut in Whitebrim.

Not even the same person as the OP, lol.
He probably just did a search for mining leves saw this didn't care or didn't notice the date and went on the rage when the question was answered "wrong" (even though it was right).
Too bad... could have been a nice distraction.
