So, here soon... probably during week2 of this campaign, I need to get our "Taming the Wilds" RoE quest done, to get to the stuff after it (especially the Alluvion Kupon, lol), but I've looked at wikis and none of them answer the questions that I've had about them.

First, no wiki actually says how many people you need to actually successfully do a WKR, and no wiki says how you can tell when one is actually going on.

I don't want to dump 15k Bayld on a KI and then go there, use the KI to get into the area, and find out that the thing is either dead (can't leave without losing the KI entirely, and it takes up to 3 hours to respawn), or it's sitting there and nobody's doing it (who knows how long it'd take for someone to actually show up).

From the best I can tell, there's a message that says when it "Starts", I assume this means it has freshly respawned (like the Colonization and Lair Reives), but that doesn't mean that someone is actually at it.

I really don't get why they gated all the other RoE objectives behind it, especially when the RoE objectives after it can be low-manned or even solo'd, but yet the WKR sounds like it definitely cannot.

I never see shouts for WKR in town, so apparently that's not the way to actually get people to do one... what else does one do?

They added a way you can tell by checking battle conditions before you enter and with the addition of better gear, WKRs can be low manned with fewer than 10, some even multibox farm them.

During the campaign people usuallly do them in a circuit Colkhab > Tchakka > Achukka > Hurkan, usually as they respawn within 15 minutes. Depending on when you play there might be some shouts for them, usually in jp.
