Gamespot is running an all time greatest sidekick bracket and poll where various videogame
characters duke it out to see who is the best. Currently Moogle is losing to some other
terrible franchises character.
You can place your vote on Moogle (or not, but you should :O) and many other videogame

You can thank them for General Raum knocking out Sehpiroth and Team Rocket beating Revolver Ocelot in round 1 of the greatest villain contest, as well as Bub and Bob beating out Master Chief AND Sonic in the heroes contest.

I already think it is rigged, i'm not sure about this particular battle but yeah... Sephiroth losing to Raam... what a /facepalm worthy moment.

My take away was the admittance that FF is just as terrible as GoW.
Though that can't be true, GoW is the same game over and over again while FF is...

It isn't terrible
But correct me if im wrong here, Athena keeps kratos from killing Zeus in 2, and has him hunt Zeus down in 3? I don't get it.

They rigged it to lose by tying it to XIV instead of a game that wasn't a total disaster.

Anyone else notice the faux pas they've made with their picture? In the list they've mentioned that the "moogle is featured in Final Fantasy XIV" yet the picture above CLEARLY shows a Mog House from FFXI. Talk about inconsistency.

Moogle managed to pull it off and make it to round 2. Stuck Tails against Lucca in round 2--kinda a dirty trick using Chrono Trigger to eliminate Sonic right away like that. IDK what to think of the Cortana/Moogle matchup...fear there may be a lot of retaliation from the GoW fans for loosing Athena in the first round. Might get tight this round too.

it's sad when they have to rig something like this...close to a 2k vote shift at the last minute. Literally, somewhere in like the last hour or less, the percentages shifted almost 3% because Gamespot booted a bunch of votes for some stupid reason. Forums are conveniently down for maintenance atm too, so can't fully investigate what went down. I smell something fishy.....
Probably a bunch of votes coming from the same three or four IP addresses.
Edit: Yep, someone was using a proxy to stuff the ballots. Lame.
