Funny how most of these responses are about playing other video games or watching more TV, lol. Get outside people! It is spring time, after all.
Believe me I'd love to spend more time outside, but right now the weather sucks and I'd be miserable if I did for too long. I live in northeast PA and we've had a terribly cold winter, and today is another dreary overcast day with no sunshine and low temps. It's currently 42 degrees outside my house and that's warm compared to some days, but it'll be going down below freezing again by nightfall. Furthermore a few nights ago we got hit with 3 1/2 inches of rain to add to the snow melt and previous weeks storms. There's a lot of flooding going on atm; so much so that our sump pump got overwhelmed and we had to buy a second auxiliary pump yesterday to keep the water out of our basement, although I know people whose basements actually did flood so thus far I've been fortunate to only have soaking rugs. The Lehigh and Delaware rivers are dangerously high as well, but that aside it's just been a very long, very
cold, dreary winter with several bad snows in January as well.
Every place on earth runs a risk of extreme conditions; the type just varies from one geographical location to another. Be it storm, fire, quake, volcano, blizzard, drought, tornado, flood and w/e else nature can conjure up the result is going to be similar. It eats at the psyche and brings morale down. I'd love to wash my car but there's so much mud on the roads it would be dirty again by the time I got home. When conditions clear up I'm going to be spending some time sun bathing at the pool and I'd like to go hiking this summer, but until things warm up I'll be indoors. In the light of water everywhere Minecraft and anime is a better way to spend my time than mud romping. I'm also doing my weekly chores today, but that's just life rather than fun hehe.
