They're removing the level caps on CoP. I'm convinced that means the burning circles too.

A) Half the missions aren't even in burning circles. Pretty dumb to make the tonberries, aquaducts, chasm, pso x'ja, sea, sacrarium, and other assorted missions easier, but not the other ones.

B) Easier end game is worthless if it's still just as hard to get to as it used to be. The level cap raises made sky easier to get to, why would sea be the same?

Seems to me, at 99, you should be able to at least trio through to your rajas ring.

Actually, they said "CoP zones" if I'm not mistaken; not "CoP"

So yeah, I wouldn't be 100% certain yet that the BCNMs will be uncapped.

I'm looking forward to the level cap for a number of reasons but mainly because when I (presumably) hit 99 i'll be able to solo or low man a lot of the things that require alliances or just bigger groups today. And this allows for casual players to get access to good gear.

Sure there will be some gear I will never have a chance at and that's fine but, when my available time dictates the gear i can get rather than any skill or tactical talent I possess it makes the game undesirable for me. As has been said many times on the forums, a time sink does not equal challenge.

I think current content will still have a challenge, just without the time sink. For some people even just a few hours once a week is a big commitment for a video game, while i do manage a good chunk of time per week I don't want to be tied to the game. I want the game to work around my schedule, not the other way around, level increase makes for more freedom in that my reliance on others goes down.
