Um, as a married reasonable woman gamer.. I'm going to tell you that woman have a often bent view. If it doesn't involve them, it's not important. So obviously your teacher is someone who thinks Video games are a waste of time, and probably will drop dead from all the stress she's not venting in some game.

The easiest way to get yourself into a healthy eating routine is to set an alarm to eat a small meal about once every 3 hours. Even if you don't feel like eating, Have a small cup of yogert or something, 2 handfuls of peanuts maybe. The body's system shuts down and thinks your starving when you forget to eat regularly. + Fasting is unhealthy because after a point your body starts eating your body fat out of desperation, Which is why you'll feel sick. And try to balance the types of foods you're eating. Too much of any one thing is bad for you. Good-luck!
