Hi, I cancelled my account more that a month ago but PlayOnline keeps chargin me for the game. I sent them an email and asked about this and they sent this back

you should contact us directly over the webchat or telephone before we can cancel any accounts. But before you contact us we will need these details from you:

1) The PlayOnline Registration Code that you can find at the end of the booklet
2) Credit Card information used - first 4 AND last 4 digits only
3) Full Name under which you have registered
4) Birthdate
5) Complete Home Address with the postcode

Even if you do not have all the info, just contact us directly and we will cancel it for you.

Isn't this fraud? I can't play the game and they're still charging me and made it look like I had cancelled my account.

Call them to sort it out and get it canceled. It's not fraud, it's just bad business processes. Only if they intentionally did this, would it be considered fraud.

some times they get behind in billing and bill a month late. But, I'd say double check to make sure you canceled all of your content IDs
