I've never seen the DRK emotes. I do however, enjoy the /shout macros in dunes and the boost macros I have seen MNK's using at 75. Smiley: oyvey

Not true. If you TP with Peacemaker, the DoT is strong. TPing with Steel Bullets with a 270 delay gun though, when you can melee TP with Joy/MK (to Martial Gun Slug/Det) for similar damage totals, makes no sense.. Unless you enjoy throwing impossibly high amounts of gil away for no reason.

That too. I got spoiled on SAM; my friend is leveling PLD and he abuses the hell out of his Cover recast.

I beg to differ.

I was mostly being sarcastic, but even the top-notch DW setups barely hang even with a strong GA setup, and anything less than a perfect DW setup gets crushed by a good GA build.

It really has been outdated by the 2-handed updates, but a lot people cling to the build. (And it is fun to wail away at stuff with 2 weapons)

That being said, I keep swordchucks and a club around for Limbus melee-resistant floors.

Idiots using crappy or inexpensive gear is nothing new or exciting. It happens on all 20 jobs at all 75 levels.

It's the idiots with excellent gear being used totally wrong that is the only real tragedy.

Real life examples from Odin server.

Red Mage
Will not equip swap out their 6/6 Duelist armor, ever. Possibly replace Duelist's Tabard with a Dalmatica depending on how much ball sucking they've done.

Black Mage:
A Novio Earring Black Mage with 8 NQ elemental staves.

Blue Mage:
Full relic BLUs who don't have any sleep/dispel/magic damage spells set in Nyzul Isle on a flan/flayer floor. No gear swaps whatsoever.

Paladin:
73 Paladin with a Hauteclaire using full Adaman set (including Sabatons) and no DD gear whatsoever in an EXP party.

Three of those examples come from one person, amazingly enough.

Ugh, definitely PUPs in full AF (or worse) at 75. It just reinforces the (flawed) idea of people generalizing a job from how one player performs(i.e. the lolPUP stigma), simply because there's not many of us out there.

This, PLD using Adaman Feet should of been PLDs option :P

That said, I voted for SAM, because they are by far the most common culprit of doinitrong :p

That.

I guarantee that my PUP has been passed up for an invite in favor of every other "urdoinitwrong" stereotype on that list. The PUP stigma already gives us a bad reputation, and it doesn't help at all that 90% of us are running around with pants that give us CHR+3 and HP+11.

I voted for PUP only because it's the only one that I really see on a regular basis. The NIN w/o Utsusemi would be worse, but I've seen that maybe once ever.

It's cute the DW Bandwagon jumped to GAXE Bandwagon and really didn't have to change their opinions at all.

Protip: It's not nearly that drastic.
