yeah they have it, its not on the fly and it doesnt adapt to whatever you are targetting.

i already sent a detailed email to SE, PoL, and Sony. I garuntee you will hear from their legal dept. Just ask the guy who likes to post screenshots of GMs on his GM dedicated site from remora.

Some sites they let slide, and some they dont. Yours is a third party program that give players who use it an unfair advantage, you cna be sure they wont like that.

Good luck and I hope when you get your first letter from their legal team you decide to call it quits.

its not like you can hide behind a domain you purchased. the other third party software makers develop it in silence then release it outlets they dont own.

thats why its harder for SE to respond to them. but you left yourself wide open. and dont kid yourself. it does violate laws to make such software. **** if they want, theyll just throw a suit at you for giving no copyright credit to SE for the numerous times you use their intellectual property for your own software.

If you don't like, don't use it. Seriously. No one is holding a god damn gun to your head and saying "Use the vana'Guide or I'll shoot you."

Big ******* deal, it shows the HP. You can pretty much GUESS the HP of a mob anyway via parsers and simple mathmatics.

And Conno, I'm still waitin for that PM *wink*

Conno first off very nice work. Keep up the great work, and I hope to see it soon. Second thing please don't let some kid on here chance your program. This is your prgoram, please don't like some 12 year old tell what you can have and what not. I am looking forward to use this 'in game'. Also not sure if you have this in or not, but maps of areas would be great. Maybe you could get a deal over at Vana'diel Atlas, being they already have great maps to use. Best of luck to you Conno.

Right there. Going to report them to SE too?

As for the HP. I wont show it. Happy?

Don't bend to this little piece of **** troll. It's an amazing tool and that's one feature that makes it awesome.

Gee, what an *******. The funny thing is, no software has even been released. How do you know they're not docotored images? If SE were going to take action, they would wait until they have some proof.

You freaking muppet / Troll.

Go find something else to do, you're boring now.

Go tell SE to take legal action against photobucket and all the sites that host images with no copyright/ownership recognition.

Seriously, your direct attacks at me are lame.

Does this "Cheat prog" help me claim an NM before it hits my screen?

Does this "cheat prog" make me HQ everything I craft?

Does this "Cheat prog" give me invincible powers, where nothing can hurt me, all my stats go to the highest level they can, and get me to 75 just by typing a code?

If you answered no, then it's not a cheat prog.

And PS: I use Vana'Navi all the time. Does it give me an unfair advantage? No, it just means I don't have to memorize the times of the airship arrivals and departures, RSE, and guild openings and closing.

Oh, and I use an old school Skillchain calculator, because charts give me a headache. (Even though Aden's is very well done)

No software has been released. No one has any software. Which software are you speaking of? How does this constitute cheating? Why don't you go get laid to take out your frustration instead of firing it at someone you don't even know?

And for someone who is SO AGAINST cheating and "unfair advantages" I give you the downloads section of President's LS.

http://www.jadedsociety.net/modules.php?name=Downloads&d_op=viewdownload&cid=1

In there you find A Parser, Windower, Skillchain Calulator, and Clock Extention.

I guess I'll be writing a letter to SE against YOU and YOUR LS for the use of illegal windowers and other third party programs.

Never hurt to do a little research.

Also, I LOVE how your LS uses Archbell's windower. Now did you steal it, or did he give your permission?

You're a god damned hypocrite.

Oh oh! Let me guess! You JUST added that AFTER I discovered your download section! Because Windower is obviously a "hack" right?

Except mine isn't a third party tool because it does not CHANGE/INTERACT with the game.
Vana'Guide is a FIRST party PROGRAM that has NO dependencies other than the run time of the language it's programmed in.

Read the ToS, a THIRD PARTY tool is labeled as such because it MODIFIES an EXISTING FIRST PARTY program.

Some Facts:

Vana'Guide is _NOT_ a windower. It will not attempt to hook the game or make it run in a window.

Vana'Guide does _NOT_ write to the games memory, registry or datafiles.

Vana'Guide does _NOT_ read from the games memory, registry or data files.

Vana'Guide CAN be used on another computer that does NOT have FFXI installed. Vana'Guide does NOT need FFXI installed to function.

Again, how is this program illegal? Fecking Troll.

I suppose since you are master of pointing out hypocracy than you are also against this vanaguide program and you will call him out for having thirdparty tools on his site one he gets it up for download right?

Boy, you have dug yourself a hole so deep that you cannot see the light of day anymore. Your best bet is to forfeit.

It's time to stfu

Ahem. If you noticed, the guy I was refering to is clearly against thrid party programs, and his site listed them availible to download. He only took them off his site because I found them, thus proving his hypocracy.

He used the "Oh, it wasn't me." ******** excuse, just like anyone else would. But seriously, if he is in charge of the website, why not skim over it to find any material he deemed "unacceptable."

And the whole lawsuit thing? Please spare us President. Archbell's windower has been out for god knows how long, his site is easily accessed and anyone can download the content. I don't see SE doing anything about it.
