but Vana'Guide certainly doesn't modify it in any way shape or form, nor does it give you anything that isn't accessible on common database websites ^.^
In the first shot, you can see that the mob in question has 4% health left on the Vana'Guide. How does it view this information, when SE has stated it doesn't really want us using plug-ins?
Bear in mind, I am not a naysayer here to flame or anything, and while it does seem it is not "altering" the information, it
is providing some information we shouldn't exactly know about a mob, albeit a small thing. If SE wanted us to know the exact percentage of a mob's life were left, they would have already added that in the game. So while the rest of the information provided is indeed simply information you could get off the net, getting the mobs remaining health percentage is not, and I am curious how that doesn't violate the ToS.
And, as several people have mentioned, you can and will get suspended (which means you could indeed get banned) for using the Windower, though you pretty much have to say in /linkshell /party /say or whatever you use it and someone calls a GM on you for it.
If it is true SE is planning to run a Windowed version, that is good news indeed, and will make many FFXI players very happy.
