lol. i get bored alot at work to n just got home to see there is maintenance... im going to bed >_< i work the graveyard shift and its boring as hell i tell you!!

I am usually bored in the morning, which is when I do all my forum hopping, but it usually picks up after lunch. After that I spend the rest of the day coding ;p

nothing to do today, the clock goes sooooooooooo slow

I work in a legal aid governement office that hires 6 lawyers, while 2 would be enough to do the job, so I'm bored a lot. Thanks to this forum, my days go fine. I wish I could install FFXI at work (my character would have several jobs at 75 by now if I could)

I am rarely bored at my job but I hate it so much that I make time to slack off, I'm quitting anyway though, so ummm yeah!

Glad to know I'm not the only one. ^^ I might as well rate everybody up since I don't have anything better to do right now. :/

What complicates my job is that I'll probably get canned if they find out what exactly I do all day, but I like my pay ($12/hr is good for a college student, especially for such easy work) so I want to keep the job.

So I wander around the facility pretending to do stuff, but basically I browse these forums on about 10 different machines, cleaning the cookies and history each time just in case.

But what else can I do? I can't look bored, but there's no work to do and they want me here full time. I wish I had a desk in a corner so I could read a book or do some tunnelling out of the network and check out some other good sites, like Penny-Arcade. I miss that. I have access to the filter even though I'm not supposed to but I think somebody might notice if I stick too many sites on the allow list. So I risked Alla since its a reliable 3 hr waste of time every day. XD

There's also this really awesome wall I like to stare at from about 2-2:30.

It is amazing how quickly working as a play tester can get very boring, especially when I have been testing only one game for the past 4 months. I spend alot of time on this site during the day, as well as browsing the news, my 2 LS forums, Livejournal, and a rather interesting site called grouphug.com, which is a site where people can post anonymous confessions. Even still, it is a struggle to remain awake.

OK, so I'm actually busy* at work this week. Up till now, I've only done about 20 hours of work** this entire summer, but I get paid for 40 a week. ^^

*by busy I mean I have something to do for more than 1 hour
**by work I mean actually doing something that benifits my employer other than sitting around waiting for something to break.

I'm usually decently busy during the day. I'm a programmer for the Quality Assurance department. It's basically my job to write software that prevents other people from ******** stuff up or that makes them more efficient. Every now and then though I get stuck in a spot where I can't progress in a project until someone answers a question for me. Then again, the other day my boss took a few days vactation without giving me another project immediately after I had just finished the one I had.
