I think this may be temporary, until an option is chosen. However, as a paying visitor, I don't know what to pick to maintain my no-adds status.

"We may use cookies to personalize content and ads, to provide social media features and to analyze our site traffic. We may also share information about your use of our site with our social media, advertising and analytics partners. For more information, visit our Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy." The options are Opt out and Got it. The Got it seems the expected or hoped choice.

If a person has a premium subscription active and they are logged in on that premium account, either choice will still prevent ads from loading after choosing either option.
