Old old charactersFollow

I have been out of EQ for over 10 years now, maybe more.

I was thinking about getting my old characters back to mess around. They were on the old Fennin Ro server.

I have no idea of my login/password/CC information that was on the account.

Is it even possible to get them back?

Thanks

You should be able to use daybreak's support site to create an account and then put in a petition. They'll send you a questionnaire to fill out.

As Gidono said.

You will really speed the process up if you can figure out the email address and credit card info you had assigned to the account.

I was away also for 11 years. Left during the LDoN xpack and returned during TBM.
I started a free account, followed the instructions on DayBreak/EQ help site.

They sent questions they wished answered. Which from memory was a lot.
Name
Address
User name
Email address
Credit card number, which I didn't know, but could tell them the details of the bank/credit union it was from
Name of characters
Old secret question

Some other things I can not remember, it has been 13 months since I returned now. It did take a couple of weeks to get my old account bank. They were really helpful. They did ask for a lot of additional information. But being the original account owner I knew the answers and I got my account recovered with all my old beloved characters.

So good luck. It is worth the effort, even if the process can be rated as a little slow.

If anyone else is from the old Tarew Marr server and was In Utu of Norrath. Would like to catch up and talk in game. Mains were Yazmin Druid and Oarsome Beastlord, don't play them much as I main a necro now Naonak.

I have several old accounts I would love to get back into just to see what I got. MY first account ever has a 48 paladin with a mixture of armor of ro, skyshrine armor from trash drops, and couple pieces of deepwater/pofear stuff. I know I had soulfire and the mith 2h sword and was whatever the max faction was at the time with the frogloks from killing so much in lowerguk. I had a mid 20's ogre warrior with crafted armor on there as well.

The thing that would hurt me is even if I could remember that stuff I think I foolishly let my friend use it and I think he changed around some stuff (maybe even the name) I was teenager so EULA and rules meant nothing to me at the time. He played it about a week said the game was stupid and that was the end of it. I remember few years ago when eqplayers still worked looking up that paladin and he was still there.

original account owner name, credit card info, etc. trumps all. (or at least did in the past prior to the Daybreak changeover).

Meaning it doesn't matter what your account has done*, the original creator owns it.

*this means if someone playing your account 5 years ago got it banned, you are likely going to have some issues.

Unless the characters were deleted, they have to exist in some name/race/gender form on a server.
