Temple of Droga on Progression serversFollow

I'm on Phinigel which is up to Luclin at the moment, old Droga/Nurga is still active.
I've spent a lot of time in these zones as the xp and plat rates are good, rarely saw other players however, I also didn't really see many named, no named spawned in Nurga while I was there, the spacing of mobs in Nurga is also different, the map shows areas that named would spawn, but no mobs are present there at all.
Overseer Dlubish is in both zones for some reason.

Wow surprised to hear the comment about scarcity of nameds. We used to see nameds constantly. Years ago we'd clear Phers for multiple nameds, running from camp to camp, and usually be able to kill 6-12 of them in one session. They must have reduced the named spawn rate on the progression servers.

I've added screenshots to most of the mobs (also have screens from Nurga and Cazic-Thule).
Found another mob in Droga 'a goblin fanatic' lv 34.
Soothsayer Dregzak dropped: Earring of Essence

Dlubish faction hits are the same as regular mobs, as I've killed him plenty, but my factions are now maxed in both directions, so couldn't see what the two named offered.

With the 2x named spawn event going on, the amount of named in the zone remained the same, RokGus, Dlubish and Dregzak, pretty sure the revamp adds the rest.

I went through Nurga some more, a fearless goblin, a rebellious goblin, a victorious goblin and a challenging goblin are all 43-46 and have no faction hits.
