If you're mostly soloing or boxing, I'd get to a high level (as high as 95), and then pay 1 month's sub and get all AAs auto-granted.

If you're already subbing, just turn on auto-grant and don't worry about it.

If you don't like either of those approaches, then I can only mention Spell Casting Mastery and Mental Clarity as some of the best choices, at least the first two levels of each. Also Innate run speed, if you don' have a way to keep SoW up all of the time. Other than that, I don't know enough about the cleric class to have more specific recommendations.

If you molo your cleric with an merc tank, go to Acrylia Caverns, especially if cleric is a class that is relatively new to you.

You will get excellent practice with soothe, root and healing/curing. Also nice practice for learning undead fear techniques as the undead area is pretty forgiving if you get an undead runner.

XP is good and grades nicely as you penetrate the caves.*** Loot is nice if you have lots of bag space. If all you keep is runes and filth weapons, you'll can sell a single run-thru of loot for thousands of plat, even if only to a vendor.

Having said that, if you are a tradeskiller lots of mats drop here. LOTS of silks drop here.

Bind at the fort in Grimling Forest for fast vendoring and turnarounds back to the caverns.

Acrylia weapons and armor will sell in bazaar for 8-25K plat each depending on server.

I've run an embarrasing number of toons through here and i tell you, you can run a 51 up to about 57-58 before you need to move elsewhere for better XP.

***There is a sharp mob level jump between outer acylia and the inner caverns. Be prepared.

I would suggest the following AAs to keep maxed by level for both bang for the buck and overall usefullness:

combat agility
combat stability
(for mitigation and avoidance - you notice the difference)

run speed
(for any class that isn't going to have self speed buffs)

mystical attunement
(adds buff slots - used to make more difference before level 70 but it still very useful)

planar power
(most armor now maxes your stats with little effort - this basically adds 5 to all stats every time you buy it)

mnemonic retention
(extra spell gems)

spell casting mastery
spell casting reinforcement
spell casting subtlety
(make any spell you case better, more efficient)
