charged twiceFollow

Renewed my subscription today and the first time there was a problem and it said to go back and try again. I went back and it went through the second time except apparently it worked the first time as well. so I was charged twice. Need the one charge taken off,thanks. Tried to contact zam through "contact us" but it wont work.

You likely just had two pending authorizations that eventually resulted in one posted charge and the other one cancelled.

If you did indeed have money taken out twice, as in, two posted charges, please contact me via accounts@zam.com with your confirmation email. From what I can see though you should only have the one posted transaction.

Just curious,how long does it normally take for the charge to be cancelled? Still shows pending as of today 8/28
