I tried logging on my account this morning and to my surprise I found that I've been banned. I later made a brand new account to petition to find out why. I was told that "RMT" was the reason. I have never bought or sold anything with my accounts. I have spent the first 4 months of The Broken Mirror expansion camping HA for Remnants which I sold in bazaar. I made over 60 million plat in those 4 months. Seems that getting rich fast is reason enough to suspect RMT. When I asked for any evidence supporting their claim I was responded with a "Please stop playing our games." followed by a ban on the brand new account I had just made. Seems that this kind of leadership would explain why the amount of players have greatly dropped in the past couple years. I have been playing EverQuest on and off since 2004, I really enjoy playing this game and it really sickens me to see this kind of GM abuse.
I'm not sure what you expect anyone here to do.
How do you know your banned? I recently got a message saying I was suspended on one account but not sure why? Does it say suspended or banned

While I'm sure the rare exception exists, as a general rule companies don't bar people from paying them money for no reason at all. So the odds are on there being more to this story than we're being told. But hey. Random anonymous guy on the interwebs says so, so it must be true!

see if I get this right...
RMT = real money transaction.
Heroic Adventures are this newer mechanic of scalable instances that has been around the last couple of expacs (haven't done any myself).
Remnants are a reward/currency of The Broken Mirror expansion era Heroic adventures.
Feel free to correct me!
And he can't post on the forums because their staff are power-crazed, manic, alcoholic, ********.
