Spells 101 through 105Follow

I need some help here.
There are Briny Essence, Minor through Glowing.
There are Essence of Life, Minor through Glowing.
Are they alternate means to the same end?
Or, do Brinys get you some of the spells and Lifes get you different ones.
I have heard it said that Lifes get you (only) The Broken Mirror spells. From looking at the list, it is not easy to discern which those are. However, the greater proportion of the spells at each level I am thinking are from The Darkened Sea and only a couple from The Broken Mirror. While in contrast the Lifes are somewhat common and not very expensive, the Brinys are rare and very expensive.

you can get TDS spells from TDS spell drops

You can get TDS and TBM spells from TBM spell drops. Their are only a few new spells in TBM. Most classes only got 3 spells.
and one of the spells was a TBM progression Spell is 1-6 is leveled by doing TBM progression Group and Raid. you cast a spell and it casts the correct Version you have done progress.

This info includes Rk 2 and Rk 3. You can get Rk3 TDS spells from TBM raids.
