I found nothing searching this site other sites, google.

Then someone in my guild got the Ach n I asked how they got it.

Upon zoning you will get a Gift of Laughter buff, then zoning will trigger the Ach.

Any zone line works.

1 guildy did 22 zonings, took me 50+. I'm guessing the # is random.
