At this point no one has found the last two updates, despite obvious clues. I think it might be broken trying to wrap the cycle around. Regardless, I'm going to bed, hopefully there will be better news in the morning! Thanks to everyone who's helped update this thread today.

Anyone have luck re-finding the Bristlebane Party Machine? I scoured around this morning and couldn't find anything.

TASK: Healing Touch - Rodcet Nife's Favor

OBJECTIVE: Heal injured animals in the zones listed in the task

STEPS: (use the Minor Trinket of Rodcet Nife given to you)
Heal an injured rat - Qeynos Hills (found it roaming the hills around the middle of the zone)
Heal an injured skunk - Butcherblock Mountains (found near GFay zone)
Heal an injured drixie - Lesser Faydark (looks like a fae drake--found it at -817, -872)
Heal an injured drake - Crescent Reach (it was a red drake in the newbie area)
Heal an injured kodiak - Commonlands (found roaming hills in middle of zone)
Heal an injured coyote - North Ro (found around the inns closest to Freeport)
Heal an injured rockhopper - Marus Seru (found in NW corner of zone)
Heal an injured snake - Nedaria's Landing (found on a hill a bit out from the Magus)

Ok, according to Absor, he forgot to tell the quest to start back again at the beginning once it finished the last zone on the list, which is why it quit working last night. He says he's fixed it. He didn't say if he's starting it over at the first one on the list, or if it'll stay where it is in the list or what.
He also didn't confirm or deny whether Natimbi is right. Anyone know of a short mob named Tab or something? That could be a minitab....or maybe Natimbi's just broken and he hasn't gotten there yet.
Two of us spent most of an hour today going all through Natimbi, both above and below the water, even way out in the ocean...no party machine.
Edit: can't find him in Highpass on Seventh for this next hour, either, although someone said they saw him in Highpass on Saryrn.
Edit: and now we can't find him in any zone on any server except Druzzil...lucky you guys, not so lucky us. Seems like it's rather broken at the moment. We're hoping in a few hours when it's due to cycle back to the beginning, things will start up ok and be working. [bad Absor! no treats for you!]

Iksar in FoB is named Pirex, in one of the merchant buildings as you near the entrance to East Cab. Loc is neg 2330, pos 2885, pos 10. You should find him NW of merchant Acet. To retrieve the wands, you just need to hail him once for the quest then 3 more times for the wands.

Roderick, High Priest of Brell -- located in Northeast loop of Butcherblock Mountains zone -- has tradeskill quests.
Gives you a book with directions/recipes -- uses several different tradeskills, including jewelcraft and baking -- not terribly advanced, you can probably get sufficient skill level with the learning tasks in CR.

Can confirm all but Natimbi and Everfrost, but on Rathe party machine spawns 11 minutes and 43 seconds past each Real Time hour. He is in the zone for 1 hour and then moves to next on the list, in order according to the quest. He is synced across servers but spawn times across servers have about a 15 min variation.
