Story of Mayong Mistmoore?

I'm not positive, but I would guess it has something to do with Innoruuk. Since Mayong is Norrath's First (Original Vampire), it would make sense to me that he would be the one to "twist" the form of a dark-elf and turn him into Mayong.

Anyway, like I said, not positive.
