What would you say is a good RACE for a RNG. I had a RNG last time i played. It sucked. Probs because i didnt put any points on HP...
My last choice was a WE....
Any ideas of gainging alo of HP and STR in stats apart from buying items with HP and STR points on them...

Sta is for hit points and no there is no other way of doing it.

I would have to say Halflings make the best Rangers simply because they don't have to worship Tunare. By not having to have Tunare as a Deity you have a much easier time getting an OT Hammer. As for hit points Rangers will never have overly high supply. The only way you can increase HP and Str without buying or farming buff gear is to put the 20 ability points at creation and the use of Stat food/drink

And Human and Elven Rangers do have a choice. Karana smiles upon Rangers, too. I don't see any reason not to go Tunare, tho, they get all the best stuff. And why worry about an OT hammer when you can get a Tolan's BP, or a Thurg Gate potion, or a gate potion, or....?

Think about whether you want to do the tradeskills to get your cultural armor; that's about the only thing you CAN'T change with gear/potions along the way.
Put your points in STA + AGI, most ranger equipment come with loads of STR and DEX and, to a lesser degree, WIS.
