New 68 Enchanter SpellFollow

I went to Kasar the Mad with my enchanter yesterday to hand in a rune even though I have all my 68 rune spells. Anyway, he gave me a new spell I never heard of called Circle of Dreams. Skill: Divination; Mana Cost: 375; Cast Time: 1.5; Spell Effect: Causes all nearby creatures to fall into an enchanted sleep for up to .06. This spell works on creatures up to level 70.

Are there other "hidden" spells for other classes that anyone else knows about? I asked a bunch of people who never heard of this spell. There was no listing on Allakhazam's for it either. Is this a new spell coming out for the new expansion (and if so are there others?)? Anyone know or is this just something that is new to me?

Guess I'll roll on the runes from now on.

It's part of the re-envisioning that SOE is doing. They put in spells to increase the lines they introduced in DoN. You can get them with runes or buy them with crystals. Pays to read patch messages.

New fear spells and self-only damage shields! Ugh! Just what a cleric always needed, **** off a mob by using a DS and then fear it and have it bring back friends. Look on the DoN vendors here on Alla's and they have them listed.
