I can't find the NPC Dellweena Bruann. I searched all over the map, but couldn't find here near any merchants :/
What zone, what level, what quest.
I little information goes a long way.
P.S i assume you've tried the find button.

Look around #17 on the EQ Atlas map of Rathe Mountains. This is where I found her. The lizards and orcs you'll need to to kill are at #22 and #23 on the same map.

not really helpful your post, yes I did use 'find'
but anyway...

cause the quest only says "near the merchants" and there are a lot of merchants there and I wasn't really successful...

lucky you somone recognized the quest from the NPC.
I myself was wondering what you were talking about. It does help get things answered by giving the details tarv asked for.

I had no idea what this guy was talking about. I looked up the mob in the Beastiary but the loc wasn't posted. I was going to go to some other sites to look up the information but then I thought, if this guy couldn't even take the time to explain what zone/quest/etc then why should I take the time to find the info for him?

aye the quest will tell you what zone to look in at least next to the name of the person you are to look for, well at least most of the time it will tell you the right zone too =P.
It took me a long time to find her as the in game directions were scant and misleading but one thing to watch for is that she is near the new area where the Hill Giants spawn and you need to watch for this to hail her and do turn in safely.
You were lucky that someone remembered quest though I have even done the quest and wouldnt have put her name together with it without the other person cluing me in.
