Im trying to play eq again but when i go to install the original eq i get an error that says "16 bit Windows Subsystem"
" C:\Windows\SYSTEM32\AUTOEXEC.NT. The system file is not suitable for running MS-DOS and Microsoft Windows applications.
I have been having some trouble with my comp. Anyone kno if its the comp, the cd, or me? And kno if there is a way to correct it.

I get that error here at work sometimes, with our users computers. The easiest fix is to copy C:\WINDOWS\repair\autoexec.nt to c:\windows\system32
This should fix the error, although sometimes after coping the file I have had to make it read only... I am not sure what causes it to be deleted...

It's one of two things, I'm debating which.
