Murgatroyd was a Dwarven Cleric who started in Beta. He really got tired of the run to Crushbone ... should never have gotten lost there alone at level 6 ...

But he persevered. He was one of the few that could bind someone on Antonica. Eventually Murgatroyd made level 19 soloing in Unrest Estates. Maybe a cleric solos better nowadays ... but he hit a wall at 19 ... before Kunark came out.

With the recent server merges, Murgatroyd left his original server for one with older friends. In the last few weeks he has gone from 20 to 36. He does have some nice veteran rewards <grin>.

Had a mage to level 47 on mith marr, with a 22 druid alt. Quit EQ, stripped both toons, deleted mage. Kept the druid for tradeskills for 2 days.

Came back a few months later, druid is now 56 =)

My first toon was a DE shadowknight. It took me an hour to find my way out of Neriak. Once I was finally in the newbie yard a bigger player decided to show me the ropes and gave me my first weapon. I killed a few mobs and died a few times. After an hour or so I decided that I really didn't want to play a DE. So I rerolled a Vah Shir rogue. Has been my main ever since. The little shadownight made his way to the bazaar a year or so later and has remained as my faithfull trader.

My first char was a human pally back in 2000. Got her to around lvl 10 and then made a druid. Got her to lvl 20 when I realized I really enjoyed having a pet when charm killing, but I'd rather have one that wouldn't try and tear my head off every few minutes. Started a mage and absolutely loved it. Druid is still lvl 20 and is my bazaar mule. Mage is 62. I also have a necro, bst and cleric that I enjoy playing.

First character was on Luclin. (I got the server wrong.) I found out the next day that my friend was on Innoruuk. I created two characters there that day in August 2001. I have since moved both of these now-alts to CT.

My first character was a Human Warrior on Terris Thule named Nepenthe. She lasted until level 7 (which was actually a week or two of play... at first I only played like one hour a day, spending a lot of that exploring and learning ;p). I deleted her after wanting to be in Freeport and not being able to make the run from Qeynos. Then I made a bard named Aurielle (whom I deleted after getting a stalker who was 'in love' with me), and a rogue named Oriael. The rogue still exists.

My first character on this account is still to this day, almost six years later, a lvl 25 half elf druid. I have the dreaded alts disease and never did find anything that kept my interest until I made the cleric. When she hit 70, I started a beastlord and I wish dearly I had made the beastlord years ago as she would be my main now. They are so much more fun to play.

No other classes sem to keep my interest for long. Although Shammy is fun and up to 31 now.

Started a monk in march of 2003 to get familiar with the game and got him to lvl 5. Then deleted him to make a human ranger from surefall. Still used as main on Firiona Vie. Also have a 51 necro and a 44 beastlord on Firiona Vie. Since groups are getting hard to come by I have slowly started my own. Run 3 accounts on 2 comps with 3 monitors.

My first ever Charcter was created on May 13, 1999, A dark elf Shadownite by the name of Darklore, I couldn't figure out how to get the hello out of Neriak, so I deleted him and started a Human Paladin in Freeport. Of course, I made the mistake of making him PvP, and kept getting ganked, so I switched all his stuff over to another pally and I still have him to this day.

So first character lasted 1 hours, second, 2 weeks, and my third is still gaining power to this day, though I don't have any of his original equipment... Oh wait, yeah, I do, Ghoulbane which I got about 3 months after I started, Thanks Ivymay.

My first char was this one, my lev 70 warrior, been playing her since 10/99. I started a barbarian because a friend had a full set of patched leather for her (that stuff was UBER for a newb in those days). I started a warrior because in other games I've played the warrior was the easiest to learn how to play the game, and figured I'd learn to play then start a rogue. Well, I have a lev 50 rogue that I play from time to time but my main and first love is my warrior. I did change mains back when PoP came out to my shaman because a warrior couldn't pay 100K to get a group but have since gone back to my warrior.

My first character was a dwarven cleric who no longer plays because my friends and I moved to MT when it opened (BEFORE char transfers, of course) and so he still sits bored on Pover, never played ... poor guy!!

Started and continues to be main - from the days of old when being a troll sucked for XP and a SK to boot. Addd to that not playing as much and well just made 51 after 4 or 5 years.

I started my first character in 2000, a paladin on Bristlebane. RL friends kept bugging me to try this "new" game, but I honestly didn't have a clue how to play! I remember going through the "old" tutorial and thinking: "Wow! These grahpics are awesome!" Then I logged on to the game and lo and behold--I lost all the cool gaphics! (My fastest computer at the time was a P2650 with an 8 meg video card.)Deleted said Character, ended my account.

I played about a month and gave up. Six months later I came back, on Luclin server with another paladin. This time, I read up a LOT on how to play, etc. Been here ever since.

My first character was made on TT in 2000 i believe. He was a half-elf warrior named Palac. Got him to about 21 but everyone was telling me that half-elves made horrible warriors so i ended up deleting him a few weeks later. Then came about 50 different alts (no joke..all 10-30) until the release of LoY where i made a froglok paladin by the name of Sphiriah. He is 67 now but is retired.

My ranger Belhade was born early January of 2000. Now he's level 53 or so; he's on my secondary account now and I left him on Veeshan when I moved the others over to Morden Rasp.

I never play him anymore, though I still love the character.

First character was a Felwithe Mage, on Stromm, who drowned trying to leave guild hall and so i deleted it(Kasandra was her name, so i carried it over to here in memory).

Second was a human warrior on the stromm server. Got her up to 10 before i found out a RL friend played on Tholuxe Paells(now Bertox) I load her up ocassionally for kicks and giggles.

Third was a Felwithe Wizzie, who learned to leave GH without drowning, so i kept her, she is now 37, and i moved her to my newest account, so i could get her higher in the guild, and 2box with my new main

When the Wizzie hit 34, i finally convinced my wife to play. Set her up an account, and she chose a Paladin.

My new main is a 62 lvl Shammy, and she totally rocks, and is fun to play to boot.

My wife and I play together almost every night, and enjoy the game. If i can get my wizzie up to the low 50's we would make a great trio.

My first character was/is a half-elf warrior (hey, I thought she was cute) name Iseult. She's still around, and now that I can twink her out in style she's actually pretty fun again. But gods, she was a weakling.

I thought warriors NEEDED dex. Smiley: frown

My first character was Tyrannus the Iksar ShadowKnight... I hated him... he fell in the water and I didn't know how to look up so he drowned, and since I was bound in the Field of Bone... I was totally lost. DELETED!

Next was the eternally lost blind Barbarian Warrior, Grimblade, who's corpses must have been buried in 4 feet of snow every time he died, cause he could never find them... DELETED!

Finally, I created Ronzonius, the Wood Elven Ranger, who I enjoyed very much... and once I got the hang of the game, I went back to the Iksar ShadowKnight... this time under the name of Darknyss.

The rest is history...

I started with my barbarion shaman got him to level 50 and had to quit game for almost 2 years. I've never deleted him although I went thru several other toons and created and deleted them I couldn't find a character I liked. I have since created a froglok cleric and have been playing him mostly since my return to the game,he is currently level 51 and my shaman I have taken to level 55. I keep my shaman around because he does most of my tradeskills and he looks cool(lol).

First character was a wood elf ranger. Made a cleric alt to heal for us when we couldn't find a healer. Thru a series of events the cleric became my main, but the ranger never trailed too far behind. About a year ago I moved the cleric to another account and 2 box the cleric and the ranger. Cleric is 70 with 782 AA, Ranger isn't too far behind, lvl 70, 434 AA
