First char still exists with all the armor she had at level 20 when I turned to the darkside and became a DE chanty Warrior serves me well as a Storage mule for my tradeskills :D serves the dumb human well about the only job she could do well

I got my wizzy up to 5!

then I got tired of letting my corpse rot, and being unable to melee.

oh, thank you manual, for telling me to let my corpse rot if I had nothing extremely valuable on it.

I got my first warrior to 25.

First toon was a Half Elf Female Pally on Mith Marr wwwaaaaayyyy back in April of 99. Thought it would be fun to play a girl, got tired of all getting hit on, especially since I'm a guy. It was fun to flirt with the Ogres though.

I started Camoeb june 22 2002 thats been my main since I started EQ that day. WIzard > All :)

My first char was deleted when my spouse took over my account ... Since, I wanted her to play (which has avoided alot of problems over the years I have played) I have never regreted loosing him.

My first character was a human ranger and I played him every single day for about a year and only ever got him to lv 15. Then I decided to make a Necromancer and didn't stop playing him untill lv 65 and now he's lv 70. This Necromancer is my main now.

First was human ranger, that was bad, in surefall glade with no night vision. I had a lot of trouble making it through the tunnel entrance to surefall glade, sometimes I never made it and logged off. Then later he fell down into blackburrow and lost his corpse.

Then I made a wood elf ranger with night vision! Now the ranger sits on my active account, seldom used. I play many other classes.

I had a level 5 Necromancer on Luclin until I learned I had friends on Cazic Thule. So I moved and created a Dwarf Paladin so I could be like Kenaf. Been playing Alefia ever since.

I played a shadowknight at the beginning of 2001 on my cousin's account. He made it to 21. :)

When he left EQ, I left as well.. and didn't return until about a year ago. My first char on this account made it to level 54 - Half Elf Paladin.

My first was a druid who i still have. In fact, she is the first charactor i have that is epiced. I still play a lot.

A magician... by the name of Shamur. I started in 2000, I believe, and got to level 12, saw the prices for spells, and thought "WTH", and made a ranger, Arkaisen, which was my main until he hit level 25 lmao. After that, I played a Wizard named Tomeka. She got to level 45 before I took up my current main, Ticka a level 67 Paladin. During that time, Arkaisen was deleted and remade with the intent to make him my tradeskill mule, but I never went through with that LOL. I kinda of EQ-ADHD I guess... :p

*edit: oh to reinforce my ADHD, after 5 year of playing EQ, I first broke lvl 60 when OoW came out... and I *was* playing all the time* /frown /cry

Half Elf Warrior named Eldoron on Innoruuk Server, created in March 2001 (no, I didn't know LotR at that time).

He was my main for a long time (back then, it took quite some time to reach lvl 20), but got replaced as main by a female Gnome Magician, as soloing a warrior was too hard.

I reactivated him during last year's 5th anniversary scavenger hunt (yes, I really thought I could finish the quest with a lvl 20 warrior). Lost a level. Dinged 20. Lost a level. Dinged 20. Lost a level. Dinged 20. Finally dinged 21.

Eldoron was moved to Xegony during the server merges, got an X to his name () and was renamed to Shavriz. There he still is, waiting for another chance.

I played a Ranger to 15 back in 2000. At that level, my friends (who had convinced me to begin playing) decided that what we really needed was a Cleric. All the other main classes were covered, but a Paladin simply could not keep a Ranger healed in combat! I enjoyed the Cleric much more anywho and played her straight to level 52. By that time, all my RL friends had moved on to greener pastures. Being somewhat... short on groups, I started an Enchanter on a second account. I'd always enjoyed the Cleric, but any time I'm forced to operate a single toon, the Chanter is always what I'll pick.

I've gone back and levelled the Ranger in addition to many other characters to 25 or so, but none have ever held the appeal that the Cleric and particularly the Enchanter do.
